1 - Rules for using the premises
The tenant agrees to make peaceful use of the premises. In order to respect the neighborhood, the sound volume (especially music) must be moderate. Any external nuisance must be interrupted from midnight in accordance with article 18 of prefectoral decree N°2013/MCP/06 (Arrete_prefectoral_bruit_voisinage_-_2013-07-12.pdf (vendee.gouv.fr)) rules above can be noted and sanctioned by contraventions of 1st, 3rd or 5th class according to the texts in force. Student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties or other such parties are not permitted in the house.
Pets are not allowed. If, during the cleaning of the accommodation, it is found that a pet has stayed in the house, the lessor will apply a deduction of €600 from the security deposit.
The interior of the accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Cigarette butts must be placed in the ashtray provided for this purpose on the terrace, no cigarette butts must be thrown into the garden or on the terrace. Any breach of one of these rules entails a deduction of the security deposit of €150 for the restoration of the premises.
It is forbidden to make films or photographs for commercial purposes inside the premises without prior authorization.
The lessor declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of personal property in the accommodation.

2 - Parking
The Secrets Salés house does not have a private parking space. However, public parking spaces are available in the street that borders the house. To respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, the tenant agrees not to park on unauthorized sites (yellow lines, garage entrances, etc.). Under no circumstances can the lessor be held liable in the event of an incident.
3 - Terms of access
Access to the house is independent thanks to the keys given to you when you enter the accommodation. The tenant agrees to keep the accommodation locked in case of absence during his stay.
4 – Bed linen
Bed linen is lent. It is therefore forbidden to bring sheets, covers... If necessary, these will be charged: €25 per fitted sheet, €50 per duvet cover, €10 per pillowcase, €20 per pillow.
5 - Cleaning
End of stay cleaning is included in the cost of the stay. The tenant is asked to return the accommodation in an acceptable state of cleanliness (waste in the trash, clean and tidy dishes, etc.).
6 - Terms of use of the spa
The spa is put in water before the arrival of the tenant after having been carefully cleaned and disinfected. The water is maintained at temperature until the arrival of the tenant. The tenant is asked not to empty the spa during the stay.
It is forbidden to place anything in the spa that could affect its operation. For example, rose petals are to be avoided in the spa.
The spa has a capacity of 5 people, it is strictly forbidden to exceed this number.
The tenant must ensure that his state of health is compatible with the use of this type of equipment and to consult a medical opinion if necessary, in particular for people suffering from heart problems, high blood pressure and for pregnant women. .
Access to the spa is under your sole responsibility, unsupervised swimming, minor children are under the total responsibility of adults.
The lessor declines all responsibility in the event of an incident related to the use of the spa.
7 - BBQ
A barbecue is at your disposal. The tenant is asked to return it cleaned at the end of the stay: ashes emptied, grids cleaned.
8 - Sanibroyeur
The toilet on the first floor of the house (in the bathroom) is equipped with a sanibroyeur. It is strictly forbidden to throw any object or waste other than toilet paper into the toilet. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a withholding of the security deposit.
