Our house has an area of 200 m² and offers a quiet and pleasant outdoor space, with terrace and enclosed garden with trees of 400 m².
Inside, different spaces have been set up so that everyone, adults and children can occupy themselves in all serenity: billiard room, video games room with console, jacuzzi, ping pong table outside, living room, table football . Books are also at your disposal.
Close to the sea and all amenities nearby.
The wonderful beach Plage du Rocher is less than 3 km away. You can reach it easily on foot, by car or by bicycle. The cycle path passes right in front of the house. It takes you to the beach through the national forest of Longeville-sur-Mer.
You can rent your bikes 50 m from the house. All the shops in Longeville are a 2-minute walk away, the bakery is 50 m from the house, the supermarket is less than 1 km away.
The market in Les Halles is held all year round, on Friday mornings and twice a week during the summer period.
